ResponsibilitiesAs a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for picking orders of milk and dairy products using an electronic pallet jack, shrink-wrapping completed orders, and preparing products for shipment. You will assist with unloading and organizing incoming pallets, cleaning up damaged or spilled products, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. General duties may also include sweeping, mopping, disposing of plastic wrapping, baling cardboard, and assisting with other warehouse tasks as required. Associates are expected to follow all workplace safety procedures, use proper lifting techniques, and work efficiently in a cold-storage environment.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment. Candidates must be able to repetitively lift 30–35 lbs, remain on their feet for extended periods, and work comfortably in a cold-storage environment. Reliable transportation is required due to the evening shift times. Candidates must also have CSA-approved steel-toed boots, a reflective safety vest, and safety gloves. Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is considered an asset, but is not required.
