ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will provide professional reception and administrative support in a busy office environment. You will be responsible for answering and directing incoming phone calls, welcoming clients and visitors, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring the office and meeting spaces are clean and client ready. You will assist with organizing client files, preparing documents for meetings and signatures, updating records, documenting client interactions, and maintaining accurate CRM information. You will also support the team with weekly reports, follow-up tasks, and general administrative duties to ensure deadlines and commitments are met. In addition, you will assist with monthly and one-off client mailings by printing, folding, preparing, and sending correspondence on schedule. RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration, reception, customer service, or a similar office environment. Strong Microsoft Office skills are required, along with excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail. The successful candidate should be professional, friendly, dependable, and comfortable interacting with clients. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate records is important. Candidates should be comfortable learning new systems and processes, taking initiative, and taking on additional responsibilities when needed. A CSC (Canadian Securities Course) is considered an asset but is not required. A verified Criminal Background Check will also be required.REFER TALENT, GET REWARDED
