Our distribution center in Longueuil is looking for an Office clerk.

The incumbent is responsible for all returns and warranties :

• Follow up with customers on product recalls issued by the corporate office.
• Perform the necessary research for all customer credit requests.
• Request authorization for returns from suppliers.
• Research all customer credit requests.
• Supplier return guarantee
