Our client, a global leader in high-end commercial interior design and workspace solutions, is seeking a Temporary Showroom Administrator for a 3-month contract running from September 28th to December 19th, 2026, at their vibrant downtown Toronto showroom. This high-visibility role combines administrative excellence, top-tier client hospitality, and light digital media management in a sleek, design-forward environment. Operating as the primary ambassador for the showroom, you will ensure an exceptional client experience while supporting sales teams, executive leadership, and daily operational workflows.
In this role, your day-to-day will span across opening/closing procedures, meeting room logistics, visitor reception, and coordinating catering and refreshments for client functions. Beyond core administration, you will play a key role in managing the showroom's Instagram presence, organizing sample shipments, assisting with report/presentation preparation, and executing on-site events. ResponsibilitiesShowroom Operations
-Manage daily opening and closing procedures.
-Coordinate meeting room bookings, deliveries, couriers, and vendors.
- Maintain showroom appearance, supplies, and overall organization.
-Support inventory tracking and ordering of office and hospitality supplies.
Administrative & Executive Support
-Manage Instagram, calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and meeting
logistics.
-Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
-Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Sales Support
- Assist sales teams with administrative requests, customer communications, and
presentation materials.
-Coordinate sample requests, shipments, and product information.
Hospitality & Customer Experience
-Welcome visitors and ensure a professional, engaging experience.
-Coordinate refreshments, catering, and meeting setups.
-Respond promptly and professionally to visitors’ inquiries and requests.
Event Support
- Assist with planning and execution of showroom events, presentations, and client
functions.
-Coordinate logistics, vendors, catering, registrations, and on-site event support.
Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in administration, hospitality, retail, showroom operations,
or customer service.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
