Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst (10+ years) to support Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics CRM development initiatives
Join a multi-year enterprise CRM transformation initiative supporting modernization efforts within a federal innovation and funding environment. This role supports strategic Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics , and Portal development projects including digital signature integration, SharePoint integration, system upgrades, and portal modernization. The engagement supports high-priority initiatives aligned to Treasury Board-approved modernization funding and enterprise application transformation objectives.

Must Haves
- 10+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM, Power Platform, and Dynamics SaaS development
- Microsoft Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, JavaScript, and C#/.NET customization and development
- Dynamics SDK, plugins, custom workflow activities, Azure DevOps, and ALM within Agile delivery environments
- Reliability Clearance
- Government of Canada IT security standards, WCAG/WET, and Dynamics security model
Nice to Have
- Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate certification
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification
- Microsoft Dynamics Fundamentals certification
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate certification
- Power BI integration for reporting and analytics
Responsibilities
- Implement online digital signature capabilities integrated with Dynamics and the client's Portal
- Develop and deploy Snapshot Portal modules for post-project reporting requirements
- Migrate and upgrade the CanExport platform to a new Dynamics environment
- Automate bulk project cancellation processes within the CRM ecosystem
- Integrate SharePoint with Dynamics to streamline document management workflows
- Configure entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and security permissions within Dynamics
- Develop server-side customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations using Dynamics SDK and .NET
