Are you an experienced corporate recruiter who thrives as a trusted advisor rather than just an order-taker? We are seeking a high-performing Bilingual Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our fast-paced, high-growth AI2 Portfolio (Data Governance, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business Insights, Reporting, and Actuarial) alongside various core corporate functions.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for complex, enterprise-wide technical and corporate mandates across Canada. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will consult directly with business leaders to shape go-to-market strategies, pipelining, and talent decisions within a highly matrixed banking environment.

Responsibilities
Consultative Talent Advisory: Partner directly with hiring managers up to Level 11 seniority to provide market insights, talent mapping, and strategic guidance throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage a dynamic volume of ~30 requisitions across data analytics, actuarial, and enterprise corporate functions. Execute intakes, candidate screening, interviews, market strategies, and background checks.
Candidate & Leader Experience: Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers aligned with enterprise customer experience standards.
Direct Sourcing & Pipelining: Partner with internal sourcing teams while actively conducting independent headhunting and candidate outreach when needed.
Market Intelligence & Risk Management: Utilize recruiting data to draw actionable conclusions, inform hiring decisions, and ensure full compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications
Must-Haves
Bilingualism: Fully fluent in both French and English (written and verbal), with capacity to manage a heavy Quebec-based portfolio (~75% workload).
Experience: 5–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including a proven track record in in-house corporate recruitment within a large, enterprise-level organization.
Agency Background: Prior agency recruitment experience, demonstrating high urgency, tenacity, and active candidate sourcing skills.
Strategic Advisory Track Record: Demonstrated experience acting as a talent consultant to business leaders rather than managing purely transactional recruitment.
Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma (Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred).

Nice-to-Haves
Domain familiarity with Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, or Actuarial recruitment.
Prior experience utilizing Workday ATS.
Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel) and Microsoft Power Suite tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Consultative Mindset: Confident in challenging the status quo and advising senior managers on labor market reality.
Agility & Resilience: Ability to manage a steady workflow of ~30 requisitions in a matrixed environment.
