You will navigate the shipments from point A to point B, manage relationships with carriers and customs brokers, and optimize the shipping to ensure timely delivery and cost-efficiency.

Permanent full time Monday to Friday, day shift, flexible hours
Salary based on experience between 65k and 75k
Insurance package covered 60% by employer

Responsibilities
- Coordinate import and export trucking operations, including documentation management: commercial invoices, customs documents, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
- Negotiate rates and service contracts with transportation partners and local carriers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customs brokers
- Manage and resolve transportation errors, delays, claims, and more.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics with a solid knowledge of import/export procedures
* Strong ability to manage multiple shipping schedules and meet deadlines.
* Proven experience with Excel, Word, ERP, and WMS systems (an asset).
* Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent prioritization abilities.
