Our team is seeking a Senior Integration Operations Engineer specializing in operational support and maintenance for enterprise software integration systems and APIs. In this role, you will maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot production integration platforms within an Azure, BizTalk, and .NET ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 production support for integration platforms, resolving complex technical issues across APIs, event services, and data flows.
- Lead root cause analysis for critical production integration failures, restore service efficiently, and communicate with technical stakeholders.
- Maintain security, performance, and high availability across serverless components, APIs, and hybrid integrations.
- Develop and maintain enterprise-grade Terraform or Bicep modules to automate Azure infrastructure.
- Leverage artificial intelligence tools within an integration operational support context to streamline troubleshooting and automation workflows.

Qualifications
- Several years of hands-on software engineering experience, including recent years dedicated to integration platform engineering support.
- API Development experience building integration technologies and enterprise APIs.
- Azure & DevOps Expertise: experience building/supporting Azure integrations (including Azure Functions) and utilizing Azure DevOps.
- Infrastructure as Code: recent years of hands-on experience authoring enterprise-grade Terraform or Bicep modules.

Asset Qualifications & Technical Knowledge:
- Practical knowledge of Azure Functions, C#, BizTalk, SOA, and hybrid Azure to on-premises integrations.
- Hands-on experience monitoring and maintaining Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and Storage Explorer.
- Practical experience leveraging AI tools to optimize integration monitoring and issue diagnosis.
