Digital - Senior Manager/Manager, Analytics, Digital Technology

THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Analytics, you will:

• Partner with stakeholders and cross functional partners to inform strategy, develop roadmaps and translate business requirements into clearly defined outputs such as analyses, dashboards and data models
• Define measurement strategies and leverage advanced statistical techniques to deliver high quality insights that drive business outcomes and improve decision-making
• Effectively communicate complex insights to senior leadership, leveraging data visualization best practices and story telling
• Deliver scalable dashboards, data models and reports to enable self-service analytics
• Direct and mentor a high-performing team, fostering continuous professional growth and ensuring delivery excellence

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager/Manager, Analytics has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:Applying technical analytics expertise to business-facing contexts that drive impactCollaborating with cross-functional partners to deeply understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions, insights and data modelsSQL, Python or RModern data warehouses, with a preference for BigQueryLeveraging AI to accelerate workflows, enhance insights and improve effectivenessCoaching and developing data professionalsRetail or eCommerce experience is considered an asset.
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000/year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
