Job description
Our client is hiring a Senior OT Infrastructure Architect
Location: Montreal or GTA (Hybrid, 4 days onsite)
They’re looking for a Senior OT Infrastructure Architect to help shape and modernize manufacturing technology environments. In this highly visible role, you'll lead IT/OT architecture initiatives, develop technology roadmaps, evaluate emerging solutions, and partner with stakeholders across Infrastructure, Security, Digital, and Operations.
What You'll Do
- Design secure, scalable IT/OT architectures for manufacturing environments.
- Lead technology assessments, solution evaluations, and architecture reviews.
- Develop IT/OT roadmaps and modernization strategies.
- Drive architecture governance, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams on strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concept activities.
- Provide technical leadership on network, cloud, security, and OT infrastructure solutions.
What They’re Looking For
- 8+ years of infrastructure architecture, design, and implementation experience.
- 3+ years working within Operational Technology (OT) or manufacturing environments.
- Strong expertise in network architecture, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and infrastructure technologies.
- Experience developing technology roadmaps and conducting IT/OT assessments.
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
- CCNA required; CCNP and/or CISSP preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
