Location

Miramichi, New Brunswick clinic actively seeking a fully French‑English Bilingual candidate to work as a Customer Care Representative.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival and ensure a smooth visit during their time with us.
• Receive training to work with insurance companies on successful third‑party billing operations.
• Conduct cleanings, product maintenance, and minor in‑clinic device repairs (training provided).
• Think critically, creatively, and strategically when establishing customer needs and developing solutions.
• Reconcile accounts receivables with proven success record.
• Show a "Can‑Do" attitude and thrive in an organization focused on results and accountability.
• Have a growth mindset and love to learn, continuously acquiring new knowledge and skills.
