Seasonal Operator - Class 1 or 3, Bridge Lake

Join Dawson Group as a Seasonal Operator with a Class 1 or 3 license. In this temporary full‑time role you will navigate frozen roads, clear snow and ice, and perform other duties to keep our roadways safe.

We are hiring in 100 Mile House and Bridge Lake and may require travel throughout the province.

What Success Looks Like

• Prioritize safety of self and others in all aspects of the job.
• Work collaboratively with all team members to successfully complete tasks and day‑to‑day duties to keep our roads and service area safe and clean.
• Perform unskilled manual work requiring little previous training or experience but involving physical effort.
• Operate heavy equipment in all weather conditions, on public roadways in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Follow direction of the Supervisor regarding daily production schedule and activities.
• Maintain a daily activity log of work in progress and status of completion.
• Keep equipment in proper care through maintenance.
• Complete all work reports and maintenance logs.
