Food & Beverage - Senior Manager, Cafes (Front of House)

THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager, Cafés,you will lead the team to:

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

• Translate the strategyinto tangible plans that are designed and communicated clearly, enablingflawless execution.

• Connect with guests, creating an engaging and welcoming experience with each visit from welcome and departure.

• Provideclientswith an exceptional dining experience, that is timely and seamless.

• Deliver guests with a best-in-class beverage selection and service to elevate their dining experience

• Deliver acurated, elevated, safe, andseamless environment that enhances client experience.

THEQUALIFICATIONS

TheSenior Manager, Cafés,has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experienceinFood & Beverage

• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's ValuesandBusiness and People Leadership principles

• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THECOMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100,000–$200,000 CAD per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
