We are seeking dependable, hard-working candidates who are ready to hit the ground running for a short-term assignment with the potential to extend up to 4 weeks.
Schedules in Oakville : Possible rotation between afternoon and night shifts :
- Night Shift: Starts Sunday nights from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Afternoon Shift: Starts Monday afternoons from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

Responsibilities
General Duties of the General Laborer
Perform manual production and material handling duties across the industrial facility.
Safely move, carry, and package products according to daily operational instructions.
Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area while adhering strictly to safety guidelines.
Load and unload materials efficiently while maintaining a reliable work pace.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete daily tasks on time.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements
Commute: Must have a personal vehicle or guaranteed reliable transportation (location is not transit friendly).
Daily Preparation: Industrial site location with no nearby amenities—candidates must bring their own lunch for every shift.
Physical Fitness: Physically capable of handling continuous manual labor tasks throughout the shift.
Communication: Ability to speak, read, and write clearly in English.
Dependability: Highly punctual, committed to finishing the full duration of the assignment (up to 4 weeks), and equipped with CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots.
