About the Role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager who shares our values and passion. This is not a traditional restaurant management position. We're looking for an operational leader who can bring consistency, accountability and momentum to our day-to-day operations while supporting both our front and back-of-house teams.

The successful candidate will be someone who naturally galvanizes those around them, earning trust through action, leading from the floor and creating an environment where standards are consistently achieved.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of both Front and Back of House.
• Create consistency by reinforcing operational standards, systems and expectations every shift.
• Coach, mentor and develop supervisors and team members through hands-on leadership.
• Build accountability across the leadership team through regular communication, follow-up and performance management.
• Support hiring, onboarding and development of new team members.
• Monitor labour, scheduling and prime costs while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.
• Work closely with ownership to identify operational improvements and support future growth initiatives.
• Foster strong collaboration between FOH and BOH to ensure a unified team.

You believe leadership is about influence rather than authority.

Skills and Abilities

• Progressive restaurant leadership experience with proven ability to plan, manage and execute a two million dollar plus operation.
• Strong operational knowledge across both FOH and BOH.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while effectively holding long-tenured employees accountable and maintaining high levels of engagement and morale.
• Comfortable working with ownership that values structured weekly reporting while providing autonomy in day-to-day operations.
• Strong expertise in budgeting and profit and loss (P&L) management, with a proven ability to control costs while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• The ability to adapt, prioritize and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing catering operations considered a strong asset.
