As a Line Cook at The Arlington Hotel, you will help deliver consistently high-quality, beautifully presented food for our guests.

You’ll work in a collaborative kitchen where attention to detail, organization, and a passion for great food are essential.

What You Will Be Doing Prepare and execute menu items in accordance with established recipes, quality expectations, and presentation standards Organize, stock, and maintain your assigned station before, during, and after service Ensure your workspace and equipment remain clean, safe, and organized throughout your shift Adhere to all food handling, sanitation, storage, and workplace safety requirements Support food preparation, service, plating, and special event execution as needed Work closely with the culinary team to maintain efficient, timely service Assist fellow team members and help keep kitchen operations running smoothly during busy periods Take part in training, team meetings, and ongoing learning opportunities Consistently prepare food with care, accuracy, and pride Whether supporting daily restaurant service, private events, or special celebrations, you will help create exceptional dining experiences for every guest.
