About the Opportunity

· Oversee the review and approval of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting prepared by the team.

· Develop and maintain accounting procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial transactions and reporting.

· Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual financial and performance reporting.

· Assess the financial and operational impact of key business activities and performance metrics.

· Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statement and regulatory reporting requirements.

· Support the review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts.

· Coordinate Finance's participation in annual business planning and renewal cycles, including data gathering and submission requirements.

· Manage technical accounting requirements for assigned portfolios and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.

· Support internal and external audits, as well as regulatory reviews.

· Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and increased reporting efficiency.

· Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership across the organization.

About You

· Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, or Accounting

· 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

· CPA designation required

· Experience preparing complete financial statements and regulatory filings

· Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities

· Excellent problem-solving abilities

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

· Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Salary Range

$95,000 - $120,000 / year
