The Opportunity

As this clinic's first in-house Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and holistic care of the clinic’s strong existing prenatal, postpartum, and pelvic health patient base.

You will assess, diagnose, and create tailored, relationship-based treatment plans for patients navigating a variety of pelvic health conditions, including, but not limited to, urinary and fecal incontinence, chronic pelvic pain, disorders or dysfunction, as well as pre- and post-natal care, working in close partnership with the multidisciplinary team at the clinic to deliver a comprehensive approach to pelvic health and wellness.

What We're Looking For

• All applicants must be registered for Active Practice or receive Temporary registration (out of province) with the College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba (CPM) in order to be considered.

• Completion of recognized post-graduate training in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

• We are actively seeking an experienced practitioner with more than 2 years of hands-on treatment facilitation specifically in the management of pelvic health.

• Comfortable working in an Independent Contractor capacity, including the facilitation of your own GST remittance and CPP and EI contributions.

• Proficiency with Jane is required for chart notes and scheduling.

• A compassionate practitioner who values relationship-based care and root cause treatments over quick fixes

• Someone who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment and enjoys sharing knowledge with other healthcare disciplines (massage therapists, acupuncturists, etc.)

• Professional, reliable and eager to continue to build the practice
