Remote Work From Home Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk & Customer Service Representative

Position Overview
As a Remote Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining company records while providing professional support to customers through email, phone, and chat. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to develop valuable administrative and customer service skills while working from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
-Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer information, records, and company databases while ensuring data accuracy.
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat by providing timely, professional, and helpful assistance.
-Process customer orders, account updates, and service requests while maintaining detailed documentation of all interactions.
-Resolve routine customer concerns by identifying appropriate solutions and escalating complex issues when necessary.
-Assist with general administrative tasks, including preparing reports, organizing digital files, and supporting team operations as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused attitude.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to accurately manage multiple tasks.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry systems, and customer support software.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
