Customer Service & Sales Coordinator

What is in it for you:
• Annual salary of $55K-65K.
• Permanent full-time position of 40 hours per week.
• Schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with flexibility.
• Hybrid work model allowing up to 2 days of remote work per week following the training period.
• 2 weeks of vacation per year (4%), in addition to a paid company shutdown during the holiday season, in accordance with company policies.
• Up to 32 paid personal hours per year, granted on a prorated basis according to hours worked.
• Group insurance after 3 months of service.
• RRSP program after 6 months of service.
• Work location: Terrasse-Vaudreuil.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in both French and English.
• Follow up on orders and delivery timelines.
• Act as a liaison between customers, the sales team and various internal departments.
• Support sales representatives in the management and follow-up of customer accounts.
• Coordinate information required for production and deliveries.
• Maintain and update data across various systems.
• Prepare and maintain administrative reports and tracking documents.
• Participate in resolving urgent or complex situations to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and work methods.
What you need to succeed:
Education and Experience
• Relevant college diploma or equivalent experience in customer service, coordination or sales support.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, logistics, transportation or distribution environment.
• Experience or knowledge in the construction, building materials or technical products sector is considered a strong asset.
Skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken, required to respond to customers in both languages.
Professional attributes
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent judgment and resourcefulness.
• Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and coordinate multiple files in parallel.
