Job description
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in cost analysis and product design in an innovative and impactful field. You'll work alongside dedicated and collaborative 'll play a pivotal role in driving cost efficiency and ensuring alignment between technical product definitions and financial objectives. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, project management), coordinate Design to Cost studies, and lead brainstorming sessions to identify cost-saving opportunities, and much 'll specifically take care of calculating and validating cost baselines, as well as establishing governance structures for cost monitoring, but also ensuring stakeholder alignment and driving transformation of cost-saving opportunities into validated results. We'll look to you for:-Coordinating Design to Cost studies to meet agreed objectives-Ensuring transformation of identified cost-saving opportunities into validated reductions-Serving as the 'voice' of Design to Cost within tender or project teams-Applying Design to Cost tools and methodologies to identify and implement cost-saving measures-Calculating and regularly updating the 'Cost by Unit in Development' at train and subsystem levels-Defining and agreeing on recurring cost targets with project stakeholders-Organizing and leading creative brainstorming sessions to identify and validate savings-Establishing and monitoring Design to Cost KPIs and deliverables-Ensuring alignment with product definitions and fostering effective communication among stakeholders-Providing regular updates to project teams on cost stakes and action plans All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience. In Quebec, French remains the primary working language of our company. -------------------------- Votre futur rôle Relevez un nouveau défi et mettez à profit votre expertise en analyse des coûts et en conception de produits dans un domaine innovant et à fort impact. Vous travaillerez aux côtés de collègues engagés et collaboratifs. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'amélioration de l'efficacité des coûts et dans l'alignement entre les définitions techniques des produits et les objectifs financiers. Au quotidien, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de l'entreprise (ingénierie, approvisionnement, gestion de projet), coordonnerez des études Design to Cost et animerez des séances de remue-méninges afin d'identifier des possibilités de réduction des coûts, et bien plus encore. Vous serez notamment responsable du calcul et de la validation des références de coûts, ainsi que de la mise en place de structures de gouvernance pour le suivi des coûts, tout en veillant à l'alignement des parties prenantes et en favorisant la transformation des possibilités de réduction des coûts en résultats validés. Nous compterons sur vous pour : * Coordonner les études Design to Cost afin d'atteindre les objectifs convenus * Veiller à la transformation des possibilités de réduction des coûts identifiées en réductions validées * Être la « voix » du Design to Cost au sein des équipes d'appels d'offres ou de projets * Appliquer les outils et méthodologies Design to Cost afin d'identifier et de mettre en œuvre des mesures de réduction des coûts * Calculer et mettre régulièrement à jour le « Coût par unité en développement » aux niveaux du train et des sous-systèmes * Définir et convenir des objectifs de coûts récurrents avec les parties prenantes du projet * Organiser et animer des séances créatives de remue-méninges afin d'identifier et de valider des économies * Établir et suivre les KPI et les livrables Design to Cost * Veiller à l'alignement avec les définitions des produits et favoriser une communication efficace entre les parties prenantes * Fournir régulièrement aux équipes de projet des mises à jour sur les enjeux de coûts et les plans d'action Tout savoir sur vous Nous accordons plus d'importance à la passion et à l'attitude qu'à l'expérience.
