The successful candidate will be a strategic financial leader, guiding the business through a significant scale-up phase. This includes a focus on capital strategy, institutional fundraising, and hands-on management of core financial functions. The VP of Finance will be a trusted partner to the executive team, translating complex clinical and commercial aspects into data-driven financial strategies. Key responsibilities encompass fundraising leadership, investor relations, strategic FP&A, and executive business partnership, as well as overseeing financial operations, accounting, and controls. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, with a proven track record in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments. A CPA designation is required, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
