The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you'll support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding while partnering with hiring managers across the business to attract, hire, and onboard talent that supports Phasor's continued growth. You'll also provide day-to-day recruitment administration and HR support while contributing to a positive candidate and employee experience.

What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
- Support onboarding activities, including preparing new hire documentation, maintaining employee records, and ensuring all onboarding requirements are complete
- Prepare employment-related documentation, including employment letters, verification letters, and termination documentation
- Respond to employee and candidate inquiries while providing timely recruitment and HR administrative support
- Represent Phasor at career fairs, recruitment events, and post-secondary engagement initiatives
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Support HR programs, policies, and process improvements while collaborating with HR team members across Canada
- Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies
- Build strong relationships across the organization while contributing to a positive candidate and employee experience
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 3–4+ years of recruitment experience within Canada or North America
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and hiring managers
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and sound problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
- Ability to travel occasionally within Canada and the United States
- Experience recruiting within the utilities, engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors is considered an asset
- Ability to complete background checks and drug and alcohol pre-access testing requirements, where applicable
Expected annual salary: $70,000-$100,000 (actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and current market conditions.)
