Outdoor forklift operator

Take the next step in your career with a stable, full-time role at Randstad. We are looking for an experienced Yard Forklift Operator to serve as the lead contact for our outdoor material handling operations. You'll play a vital role in keeping our workspace organized, safe, and productive, rain or shine.

What We Offer:

Competitive Wages: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour

Reliable Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (overtime opportunities available)

Job Security: Permanent position with an immediate start date

Must have experience operating yard forklift, valid forklift license and reliable vehicle as site is not transit accessible.

Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a forklift outdoors to load, unload, move, and stage heavy materials.

Space & Inventory Management: Optimize yard space to keep materials protected from weather damage and easily accessible for upcoming projects.

Safety & Quality Control: Perform routine equipment and material inspections while strictly following all outdoor operating and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications
Certifications: Valid Forklift license and a valid Driver’s License required.

Technical Experience: Proven hands-on track record operating forklifts safely in busy, high-traffic environments.

Environment: Comfort and readiness to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Core Skills: Strong self-starter with sharp attention to detail, adaptability, and clear verbal and written communication skills.
