This position is responsible for production and satisfying customer requirements for black & white reprographics, mainframe printing services and Insertion within a single customer location.
In this role, the individual is responsible for performing printing operations / services in the production process.
This position works with other members of the production team to facilitate quality control so the Customer receives a perfect job. Assisting all customers in a manner that meets or exceeds the company expectations.

ResponsibilitiesEstablish and Maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Work with Lead Print Operator to review production schedule
Determine output requirements
Document set up / manipulation as required
View and approve proofs to ensure quality meets or exceeds customer requirements
Insertion of multiple documents into envelopes
Programming of jobs into the insertion equipment
Perform maintenance and repair of high-frequency service call areas to maximize customer uptime
Resolve production issues
Maintain production equipment and change supplies
Monitor supplies inventory
Back up for processing Loomis deliveries
Other duties as required
Back up to regular delivery driver
QualificationsREQUIRED SKILLS
Valid Drivers License
Able to operate large centralized digital equipment
Able to detect production inconsistencies and quality issues
Operation of PC applications in networked environment
Able to read, write and follow English instructions
Listen, understand and communicate effectively
Willingness to learn and develop
Able to work with others in a team atmosphere
Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Legally eligible to work in Canada
EXPERIENCE
Experience in Print Production environment
3+ years of relevant experience
EDUCATION
Post high school technology training or experience
