Non-profit credit counselling is not a debt solution in and of itself.
Instead, it’s a service that helps you identify the best solution to use based on your goals, debts, credit, and budget.
Proficient in English is a must.
Bilingual preferred, not necessary.
Inside Sales Account Executive General Description: A strong communicator who enjoys talking with people over the phone, or in person, and helping them make an impactful decision for themselves, and/or family.
The Inside Sales Account Executive determines financial position, goals, and debt obligations by interviewing clients, examining bills and payment schedules.
Inside Sales Account Executives help inspire potential clients take action with a financial program to help them with their outstanding debts.
The Inside Sales Account Executive uses financial resources by examining income, assets and expenses.
Develop a financial plan for the client where necessary by reducing high-interest debt.
Inside Sales Account Executive Qualifications: Previous experience in debt consolidation, credit and/or collections, financial planning and sales preferred – not required. Customer Service skills are a must!
Strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively ( orally and in written form ).
Fact gathering skills.
Knowledge and use of PC Systems.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines/goals.
Self-motivated, willingness to constantly improve.
Attention to detail and be able to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis.
Bilingual ( Spanish / English ) preferred, not necessary.
Many of the successful hires we have made over the past few years have come from inside sales / call centre environments.
An added plus for a Financial Counsellor would be to come from the Mortgage or Collections industry.
We provide an in-house training program and certification.
No experience necessary.
