Responsibilities
Product Assembly: Safely operate hand tools, pneumatic gear, and power equipment to construct precision components and finished assemblies.

Blueprint Reading: Interpret basic schematics, work orders, and assembly diagrams to build products to exact specifications.

Quality Assurance: Conduct routine quality checks, identify production defects, and ensure all finished goods adhere to strict standards.

Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and consistently adhere to facility safety protocols.

Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, warehousing, or production environments.

Dependability: Strong punctuality, a professional work ethic, and a proven track record of reliable attendance.

Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and comfortably lift light-to-moderate loads.
