Tim Hortons Team Member (Frontline Guest Service)

Location: 6123 Hastings Street, Burnaby, BC
Schedule: Full-time and Part-time

We are hiring! Please do not call the store to ask about the schedule or whether we are hiring.

Training Availability Requirement:
Must be available for training during the Day shift (between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM).

Join our team as we look for friendly, energetic Team Members to help deliver an exceptional guest experience every shift. Whether you’re greeting guests at the counter or preparing our guests’ favourite food and beverages, you’ll play an important role in making every visit feel great.

In this position, you will:

• Greet and welcome guests with hospitality, sometimes being the first person they see each day

• Take and complete guest orders, including coffees, Iced Capps®, donuts, and more

• Prepare delicious sandwiches and wraps

• Follow Tim Hortons standards for food preparation and all operating guidelines for equipment

• Work with your team to keep service fast, friendly, and on point

Shift Availability (maximum 8 hours within the time frames below):

• Day shift: 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM

• Afternoon shift: 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM

• Night shift Baker: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Full-time ONLY)

Training: All training will be completed on Day shift only. For Night shift, once basic training is complete, you will move into Night shift training. When all night shift duties are performed properly, the hourly wage will be adjusted to $19.25–$19.75.

Physical Demands:

• Walking and standing for long periods of time

• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg / 45 lbs

• Operate large and heavy equipment

• Receive large deliveries up to twice weekly

• Move between cold and hot environments (for example, freezer and oven)
