- You will design and build an automated test suite for our DQA platform, beginning locally and expanding toward CI/CD integration in GitHub.
- You will create and maintain automated tests that cover core functionality, regression scenarios, and release validation.
- You will help establish our QA process from the ground up by defining what gets tested, when it is tested, how it is tested, and what a passing release looks like.
- You will carry out structured testing on new features and releases before they reach our clients, while documenting results clearly.
- You will work closely with our development team in Jira to understand release changes, identify risk, and fit QA work into each sprint.
- You will log defects with enough detail for developers to reproduce and resolve them efficiently.
- You will continually strengthen test coverage and improve test quality as our platform grows.
- You will coordinate, patch, and upgrade client DQA installations on a recurring release cycle.
- You will deploy and configure new client installations from start to finish.
- You will analyze application logs using Seq and Windows Event Viewer to diagnose and resolve issues proactively.
- You will partner with our Customer Success Manager to prioritize and address technical issues.
