Position SummaryUnder the supervision of the Director and Manager of Settlement, Family and Community Services (SFCS) Department, this position collaborates with management, team leaders, and staff to produce accurate program and evaluation reports. The role also supportsprogram evaluation and monitoring to ensure funded programs meet targets, funder requirements/standards, and the needs of newcomers.Requirements Bachelor Degree in the area of writingDuties and ResponsibilitiesIn collaboration with management and program team leaders: Program Administration: Assist in project coordinationCollect evaluation results and produce program outcomes reportsConduct a regular audit to ensure data entry is accurate and up-to-dateDeliver iCARE privacy policy briefing and reporting trainingDesign/Update standardized data gathering tools (i.e. internal needs assessment forms, information gathering forms, referral forms, etc.) for all IRCC funded programsDevelop, update, and maintain standardized reporting tools and templates for all funded programs.Develop periodic database reports to update on program and staff performanceDevelop/Update reporting tools for SFC funded programsImplement changes to the reporting structure to meet funders expectationsIn collaboration with management, team leaders and staff produce monthly, quarterly and annual program-specific reportsIn collaboration with RODS programs, produce and submit ReportsN/ASalary Level/ClassificationHours of work are Monday to Friday from 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM with one -hour lunch break. All positions at RODS require a clean criminal record/child abuse registry check. There is a cost shared benefits package available to the employee with successful completion of a probationary period. The annual salary for this position starts at$47,073.82 ($26.82 per hour) at Step one of the admin 2 RODS wage category. Pay periods are the end of day on the 15th of the month and the end of each month.
