Project Manager – Landscape Construction

We’re looking for a Project Manager who is equal parts leader, problem-solver, and relationship-builder — someone who thrives on taking big ideas and turning them into beautifully executed projects.
If you love collaborating with great people, tackling challenges head-on, and seeing your work come to life, this might be your next big move. This role will be a shared role between our Lower Mainland and Sea to Sky Offices. You choose which office is your home!
What You’ll Be Doing
From contract award and pass over to final handoff, you’ll take ownership of your projects — budgets, schedules, and client relationships included. You’ll be supported by our proven Project Manager Playbook but trusted to lead with your own expertise and initiative. You may have a Project Coordinator to support and you have a strong field team as your eyes and ears on site.
You will:
Some days you’ll be planning and forecasting in the office; others, you’ll be walking sites, solving challenges, and celebrating progress with your team.
What You Bring
Certifications such as Red Seal, CHT, CLM, or ISA are an asset (completed or in progress).
