Job description
Protrans Personnel Services is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a leading transportation company located in Dorval, Quebec. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional with experience in the transportation and logistics industry.

Location: Dorval, QC (Near Montreal Airport)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 3pm to 11pm
Pay Rate: $21.53/hour (Weekly pay deposited directly into your bank account)

Qualifications
  • Minimum High School Diploma required
  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
  • Must have access to a reliable vehicle for commuting
  • Previous experience in a transportation or logistics company is required
  • Minimum 1 year of transportation industry experience
  • Experience using AS400 software is required
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently with both internal and external customers
  • Knowledge of telephone systems
  • Post-secondary education is considered an asset
  • Call center experience in a fast-paced environment is considered an asset
Key Responsibilities
  • Enter transportation loads accurately into the system
  • Schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments
  • Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and operations teams
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely manner
  • Monitor shipment status and ensure timely updates to customers
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within the AS400 system
  • Support daily transportation and logistics operations as required
