Production Team Members – Office Furniture & Cabinet Manufacturing
We are hiring production workers at various skill levels!
We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our growing manufacturing team. We are currently seeking candidates for a variety of production positions, including General Labourers, Assemblers, Production Workers, and Machine Operators.
Experience in office furniture, kitchen cabinetry, millwork, or related manufacturing environments is considered a strong asset.
Positions Available
- General Labourers – material handling, production support, packaging, loading/unloading, and general shop duties
- Assemblers – assembling furniture components, cabinetry, hardware, panels, and related products
- Production Workers – preparing materials, quality inspection, operating equipment, and supporting production processes
- Machine Operators – experienced operators for CNC and other production machinery
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience is an asset
- Experience with office furniture, kitchen cabinetry, millwork, or woodworking is highly preferred
- CNC, Panel saw and Edge bander experience is an asset for machine operator positions
- Ability to read basic drawings, measurements, or work instructions is an asset
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools where required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Good competency of reading, writing and communication in English
Position Details
- Hourly position
- Opportunity for permanent, full-time employment with benefits and bonus based on performance, reliability, and business needs
- Legal to work in Canada (SIN#)
- Opportunities available for candidates with different levels of experience
- Training may be provided for suitable candidates
- Hourly rate between $18-$24/hr based on experience and skill
