Our client is a well-established organisation seeking a customer-focused HR professional to join their HR Services team. Your new role
As an HR Services Representative, you will act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and programmes. You will manage employee lifecycle cases from initiation through topletion, deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and online platforms, and work closely with HR partners to resolveplex matters. The role also involves maintaining accurate employee records, updating HR data within HRIS systems, supporting HR programmes, and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will have a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of HR or related experience. You will possess strong customer service skills, excellent written and verbalmunication abilities, and experience handling confidential information. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to managepeting priorities in a fast-paced environment, and have strong problem-solving skills. Experience with Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, and HR case management processes will be considered a strong asset.
