Must haves

Schedule Ready: Committed to an initial training week (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) and available for the regular overnight shift (Sun–Thu, 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM).

Physically Capable: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and moving briskly throughout the night.

Tech & Math Aptitude: Tech-savvy enough to navigate basic systems and comfortable with simple arithmetic and inventory counting.

Mobile: Possess a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to handle overnight commute hours.

Must have experience and valid forklift license for reach truck!


Your Impact

Execute precise order picking, packing, and pallet wrapping to prepare shipments for daily delivery.

Operate Reach Trucks and warehouse equipment efficiently.

Maintain accurate order tracking and inventory logs by completing detailed order sheets.

Sustain a steady, high-output workflow while working independently without constant supervision.

Uphold high safety and cleanliness standards across the shop floor.



Advantages
Base Pay: $18.00 – $22.00/hr (starting rate up to $20.00/hr for experienced Reach Truck operators).


Responsibilities
Execute fast, accurate order picking, packing, and secure pallet wrapping to prep shipments for daily dispatch.

Operate Reach Trucks safely to move inventory across the floor

Track fulfillment accuracy by meticulously completing order sheets and inventory logs.

Maintain steady, high-output productivity while working independently without direct oversight.

Uphold shop floor efficiency through regular cleaning and organization.

Qualifications
Must have experience and valid forklift license for reach truck
Reliable personal vehicle
Comfortable with basic counting
