Your job
- Carry out an in-depth review of financing requests submitted by generalist SME Directors in training and ensure their compliance with the Bank's business rules and financing policies
- Interact with generalist SME Directors and managers in order to rapidly develop the credit and operational risk management skills of SME clients
- Continuously coach on business development, different skills, customer service and any other customer-centric topic
- Demonstrate leadership in mobilizing to achieve team objectives
- Coordinate and disseminate training to new DC Flex
- Be on the lookout for new developments and share them proactively
- Work jointly with managers in the development of competencies and promotion of the organization's values
- Target topics in need of reinforcement and lead them in continuing education
- Participate in the identification of optimizations, standardization and process improvements
- Ensure compliance and risk management rules.

Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree holder
- Experience in an advisory role with commercial customers
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial credit
- Experience in sales and business development
- Coaching experience
- Project management skills an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and French
- Interest in coaching and team management (asset)
- Rigour, interest in teamwork and thirst for learning (asset)
