Executive Director, Operations About the Company Acclaimed organization representing the interests of the pharmaceutical industry Industry Hospital & Health Care Type Non Profit Founded 2010 Employees 11-50 Specialties - pharmaceuticals About the Role The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership in the critical areas of analytics and negotiations. This role is pivotal in the organization's mission to be a trusted partner to Canada's public drug plans, particularly in the context of rising drug costs and the need for improved access to and sustainability of healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the implementation of the organization's strategic plan, driving operational excellence, and ensuring that the company continues to deliver measurable value through world-class drug price negotiations. The ideal candidate for the Executive Director, Operations position at the company is an accomplished and collaborative leader with a strong background in operational management, particularly within a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related environment. They should be recognized for their ability to drive execution and accountability, and be comfortable in both hands-on and strategic roles. Emotional intelligence, the ability to mentor and develop talent, and a commitment to the national mandate of improving public drug coverage are essential.
