This executive will be responsible for leading the development of a new digital line of business, with a strong focus on driving sustainable growth through digital channels. The role involves setting and executing the digital vision and strategy, partnering with established business lines to leverage digital capabilities, and ensuring that the digital growth is in line with the overall business and member goals. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of digital transformation, with a key emphasis on areas such as digital banking, AI, data analytics, and fintech partnerships. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 12 years' experience in the financial services industry or digital, technological product, and at least 10 years in senior leadership, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving digital growth, launching and scaling digital products, and a strong understanding of digital marketing and member growth strategies. Expertise in areas such as open banking, AI governance, and data privacy is also essential.
