Job description
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time a leading manufacturer of premium stainless steel kitchen sinks known for quality craftsmanship, innovation, and precision manufacturing.
We are seeking an experienced CNC Bending Operator to join their growing production team. This role is ideal for someone with CNC press brake experience who enjoys working with stainless steel and takes pride in producing high-quality products in a manufacturing environment.
In this role you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brake equipment to bend and form stainless steel components according to engineering drawings and specifications. The successful candidate will help ensure product quality, production efficiency, and workplace safety while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour
  • Location: Langley, BC
  • Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (8-hour shifts) with possible overtime
  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC press brake machinery.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production specifications.
  • Perform machine adjustments and tooling changes as required.
  • Bend and form stainless steel components to precise tolerances.
  • Inspect finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other measuring equipment.
  • Verify product quality and ensure specifications are met.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine and production issues.
  • Maintain production efficiency and meet daily output targets.
  • Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
  • Keep workstations clean and organized.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous CNC press brake operating experience required.
  • Experience working with stainless steel fabrication preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using measuring and inspection tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
  • Manufacturing experience in a metal fabrication environment is considered an asset.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to safely lift and move materials as required.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
