Job description
Do you have experience with the Banner Database and leading complex Data Conversion projects? Have you led small teams and have previous experience in Unionized environments?

We're looking for a Manager, Data Conversion Technical Lead for an initial 12 month contract that can be worked either hybrid or remotely!

Responsibilities
- Responsible for project and team leadership for a complex Data Conversion project from Banner to Workday
- Develops plans and procedures for Information Technology projects
- Oversees the development teams in the evaluation, planning, development, implementation, maintenance of information technology systems
- Responsible for the management of human resources

Qualifications
- Experience with the Banner Database
- Experience leading small teams ideally in a Unionized environment
- Technical project leadership
- Experience implementing and supporting Enterprise Resource Planning and/or Student Information System, solutions such as Workday or Banner in higher education.
- Experience with database platforms, such as Oracle and MS SQL Server.
