Our strength is in our people, embracing a diverse culture, giving employees opportunities to help grow our footprint and expand product offerings and areas of expertise with discipline, dedication and determinationWe invite you to follow your dreams and explore a challenging and rewarding career at Martinrea.Job SummaryResponsible for preparing documentation and releases/ coordination for maintenance activities, as well as reviewing, adjusting and filing all maintenance recordsRequired Education & ExperienceStrong computer proficiency, proficient in Microsoft OfficeGood verbal and written communication skillsGood organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsTechnically proficient, self-motivated, self starterKnowledge of E-Maint system, CMS system preferredKnowledge of industry standards (ISO, IATF, OHSA, PHSR)Knowledge of blocking, LOTO, and energy controlBasic mechanical and electrical aptitudeAbility to read and understand drawings, specifications, and manualsAbility to develop technical reportsKnowledge and experience in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Skilled trades experience an assetEssential FunctionsMaintain and develop CMSEnsure all necessary lubricants and coolants are in stock for equipment. Ensures that all spare parts inventory and materials are available for planned PM activitiesGenerate work orders for cleaning and housekeeping activities that compliment PM scheduleKeep maintenance records in the office for inquiries or auditsGenerate and update Preventative and Predictive maintenance work instructions for all equipment, and enters into systemSchedule and coordinate all PM's for maintenance departmentCreate and Track work ordersEnter and close PM's in the E-Maint work order systemEnsure that rebuild/ repair to spare parts are completed in a timely manner and re-entered into stockInvestigate damaged or defective parts to determine if covered under warranty and follows up on such parts accordinglyAdvise Maintenance Manager/ Supervisor of PM reports involving; equipment problems, and requested parts needed for equipment repair workEnter completed preventative maintenance work instructions into system. Updates any changes or modifications to work instructionsPrepare work orders and ensures audits are being performed. Ensures work orders are completed in a timely mannerPrepare PM work instructions for new equipmentMaintain schematics and drawing libraryMake daily reports on the KPI's of the maintenance department.Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards and legislation including Environmental Legislation, O.
