What You'll Do

Whether you're preparing meals, maintaining facilities, or supporting daily operations, your work makes a real impact. You’ll help create a safe, comfortable, and energizing environment for workers living far from home.
The Driver/General Helper works at a remote site (camp, mine, construction site, etc.) and is responsible for the safe transportation of personnel, materials, and supplies, while also providing operational support to various teams on site. This versatile role requires autonomy, flexibility, and strict adherence to health and safety standards.
As a Driver/General Help, you will:

What You Bring
A sense of adventure and readiness to live and work in a remote setting
Valid driver’s license (appropriate class depending on vehicles used)
Experience driving in challenging conditions (remote roads, winter, worksites) – an asset
A team-first attitude and strong communication skills
Physical ability to meet job demands (e.g., lifting, standing for long periods)
Commitment to safety, respect, and inclusion
