The ideal candidate should have previous experience in childcare. Responsibilities will include picking up my 5 year old from school, assisting with homework, organizing age-appropriate activities (outdoor and creative play preferred), and light meal preparation. Occasionally, my oldest may require drop-off to afterschool activities. The ability to communicate effectively and establish a good rapport with the children is essential.
