We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with strong expertise in Cybersecurity Program Management to lead and manage complex enterprise security initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, regulatory compliance, cloud security, and enterprise technology environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage technical programs and enterprise cybersecurity initiatives from planning through successful delivery.
Manage security programs spanning cloud, infrastructure, applications, and data protection.
Establish program objectives, roadmaps, milestones, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and delivery plans.
Drive cybersecurity initiatives aligned with organizational security strategy, risk management, and governance requirements.
Work closely with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Application, Data, and DevOps teams to ensure successful program execution.
Manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and remediation plans.
Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, milestones, dependencies, and key decisions.
Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Support cybersecurity governance, regulatory compliance, audits, and security control initiatives.
Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies based on program requirements.
Drive continuous improvement across program governance, processes, reporting, and delivery practices.
Strong experience in Technical Program Management within Cybersecurity environments.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, security governance, and regulatory compliance.
Proven experience managing enterprise cybersecurity programs involving cloud, infrastructure, applications, and data protection.
Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP security concepts.
Knowledge of IAM, SIEM, Endpoint Security, Security Operations, and Cloud Security.
Strong experience in stakeholder management, executive communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination.
Experience managing complex programs with multiple technology teams and business stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or Security+.
Experience within Banking, Financial Services, or other highly regulated industries.
Experience working with enterprise security governance and regulatory requirements.
