Supply Chain - Senior Specialist/Specialist, Global Logistics, Inbound (Air)

THE ROLE

As the Senior Specialist / Specialist, Inbound, Global Logistics, you will:

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

• Execute best-in-class air and sea freight, shipping, and delivery set-up

• Executethe best possible logistics experience for our customers

• Mitigate risks and impacts associated with daily operations, minimizing potential disruption to the business

• Manage departmental administration, ensuring the day-to-day business operates optimally

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Specialist / Specialist, Inbound, Global Logistics, has:

• Proven skills,certifications, education and/orexperience in:

  Air and sea freight for imports into North America

  Working with international service providers

  Customs procedures and documentation

  INCOTERMS

  Microsoft Office, including Excel

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles

• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $50,000 - $150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
