Requirements: - We are looking for a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
- We need proven experience as a Systems Analyst, with a strong focus on Epicor ERP, C# development, and web application work.
- We require hands-on expertise in Epicor ERP implementation, customization, module support, and integration with external systems.
- We are seeking experience building web applications with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- We need solid knowledge of database design and practical experience with SQL databases such as MS SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
- We require familiarity with REST and SOAP web services, as well as API integration.
- We are looking for strong analytical and problem-solving ability, including translating business needs into technical solutions.
- We need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- We require the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Epicor ERP certification and other relevant industry certifications are considered an asset.
- We expect candidates to be willing to work after hours and weekends when needed.
- We require successful completion of a criminal background check and a 90-day probationary period.
Responsibilities: - We collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
- We analyze existing systems and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- We lead the completion of our product configurator within Epicor ERP.
- We design, build, and deploy solutions using Epicor ERP, C# programming, and related technologies.
- We customize and configure Epicor ERP modules to support financials, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer relationship management.
- We develop and maintain web applications, websites, and intranet portals using modern web technologies.
- We test, debug, and troubleshoot systems to ensure reliable performance, accuracy, and stability.
- We work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other cross-functional partners to deliver projects successfully.
- We provide technical support to other parts of the organization.
- We monitor emerging technologies and industry developments and recommend improvements to strengthen system functionality and performance.
- We participate in system upgrades, migrations, and integrations to minimize disruption to operations.
- We document system configurations, technical details, and user guides for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- We support ERP administration, reporting, dashboard development, database management, and optimization of Epicor customizations.
- We assist with third-party system integrations, product configurator enhancement, website and intranet development, user training, and business process improvement initiatives.
