Responsibilities
Prior experience in general labour, metal manufacturing, metal grinding, or industrial production preferred.
• Ability to comfortably and repeatedly lift, push, pull, and carry metal objects weighing 50 lbs or more.
• Capability to work comfortably in non-climate-controlled environments exposed to varying hot and cold temperatures.
• Full availability for the early morning schedule of Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM in Brantford, ON.
• Possession of standard CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots (above ankle); all other PPE provided.
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to following all occupational health and environmental safety protocols.
• Practical knowledge of basic hand tools, grinding wheels, and manual material handling equipment is an asset.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical work experience in manufacturing & logistics.
