Wellness & Support: A $600 annual wellness reimbursement for physical activities, plus immediate access to a Telemedicine program and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Career Growth: Continuous training, dedicated advancement opportunities, and a years of service recognition program.

Perks: Access to exclusive corporate discounts on travel, retail, and recreation (including ski resorts and golf).

Site Coordination: Collaborating with both internal crews and external partners to ensure all field activities align with the master project schedule.

Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC): Inspecting installed rebar and structural components to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings. You will generate QA/QC documentation, document before/after site conditions with photographs, and issue non-conformance reports when necessary.

Technical Review: Evaluating project specifications and blueprints for accuracy, compliance with Canadian building standards, and practical installation feasibility.

Field Support: Assisting the Lead Foreman with daily schedule planning, material coordination, and tracking scope changes on site.

Health & Safety: Promoting a safe work environment by assisting with H&S compliance, coordinating harness/equipment inspections, and documenting any observed safety gaps.
