Your new role
• Process payroll transactions accurately and within established payroll deadlines
• Validate, review, and audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and data integrity
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payroll issues promptly
• Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders
• Support payrollpliance requirements and payroll-related controls
• Collaborate with Payroll, Human Resources, and Finance teams to support payroll operations
What you'll need to succeed
• Minimum 2–3 years of payroll experience supporting U.S. and/or Canadian payroll operations• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications• Strong knowledge of payroll practices, regulations, andpliance requirements• Experience auditing payroll data and reconciling payroll results• Excellentmunication, organizational, and problem-solving skills• PCP, FPC, or payroll certification is considered an asset.
