Job description

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the execution of marketing strategies to strengthen and grow the Seymour Pacific Developments brands and sales for Seymour Pacific Homes.

The role will place a focus on Seymour Pacific’s operational branding in our regions ensuring customer facing material adheres to brand guidelines.

The Marketing Coordinator will also play an important role in the setup, launch and sales and marketing strategy of new Seymour Pacific Homes residential developments.

The role will work with multiple departments within Seymour Pacific Developments and Seymour Pacific Homes to create and execute effective marketing campaigns and consistent branding.

Your contributions to the team: Oversee and track project deliverables track approvals, key dates and milestones to ensure deadlines and deliverables Coordinate the production of content for websites, intranet, collateral and on social media channels as well as scheduling and creating email marketing plans Provide Event support, Virtual and In-Person, on an as needed basis, including set-up and onsite support for events, manage all pre, during, and post-event logistics from beginning to end Contribute to campaigns that build brand prominence and support brand positioning through increased exposure and awareness Assist with digital marketing strategy including content development for social media and client engagement Document marketing processes, checklists, and best practices Maintain marketing materials and collateral including promotional items, brochures, and signage Developing and managing sales campaigns and strategies of Seymour Pacific Homes developments What you need to be successful: Post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or business Minimum two years’ experience in a sales or marketing role Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational and analytical skills Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances Proficient with MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Strong knowledge of printing/publishing procedures and standards Effective deadline management and project management skills What we offer: Employees enjoy a wide range of benefits and competitive reward.

You will be eligible to receive salary range of $53,600 to $67,000 per annum, this will be determined by your skill set, education and experience.
